CSV file for importing tags to InTouch tag database is generated in AI_Org.exe and is passed after generation to

the user as text file projectname_InT.csv and it is copied to the clipboard from which can be pasted to the Ecxel sheet

where can be still modified and saved.

For normal use no modification of …_InT.csv file is necessary !
The file can be directly imported by dbload.exe to tag database !

Before generating of import data is necessary to do some settings of appropriate parameters. For InTouch file is

recommended modify Application name from its default "s7" and Topic name from its default "SIAMTIC_1" to the

name which are suitable for your InTouch application. If standard DDE I/O server of Wonderware is used then

application name "s7" is O.K.. For topic name must be used name of existing topic defined in s7.exe DDE I/O server.

Tags are divided to the alarm groups with name of base of name of analog input.

For example : Symbol of AI is AI101 then alarm group AI101 is created and tags AI101_IN, AI101_mA, …. AI101_C_IM are placed

to this group.

For communication between SIMATIC S7 and InTouch application is created "virtual" communication channel which is

defined by some parameters. Two of this parameters are also relevant for InTouch tag database. Parameter on Window Viewer side

is called Access name. Parameter on DDE I/O server s7 side is called Topic name. For both parameter is assigned the same identifier

which can be set in AI_Org .exe on InTouch setting page in field Topic name. "SIMATIC_1" is passed as default identifier .
