General function.

Actuators Organizer package comprises of MS Windows application Act_Org.exe

and FC3, FC4, FC5, FC6, FC7. for STEP 7 program as block for complete valve and motor operations.

Appropriate status and controls for all actuators are stored in datablock. DB102. Functions for individual motors

and valves are generated with passing appropriate parameters and they are called in FCs according to their circuit number.

Act_Org.exe prepares data for creating this datablock and functions as external source file x.awl and

appropriate x.csv files for LOADing (InTouch) or IMPORTing (WinCC) in their database of tags.

LIST OF ACTUATORS and LIST OF I/O ( if available ) are used as source information for generation output data in Act_Org.

This list can be opened from a csv file or entered in Act_Org.exe from clipboard.

All operations are optimized to "really" save time of programming. You will do only 6 steps to

generate all necessary data and code for basic actuator functions.

1. Open LIST OF ACTUATORS ( x.csv ).

2. Set up parameters for S7 program.

3. Complete circuit comments.

4. Push button "GENERATE".

5. Open external source .x.awl of STEP7 & compile in Source File Editor.

6. DBLOAD or IMPORT x.csv file to HMI.
